MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY TIME

Some MASCULINE ELEGANCE items are made-to-order and take about 1 to 2 days to manufacture. The estimated delivery date is listed on each item page. The date your order ships and the shipping method you choose will dictate your order delivery date. Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date.

Estimates are calculated based on average manufacturing times for each item, your selected shipping method and your location. They do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.

Easy Returns - Tracked & Insured Delivery

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 3 pm Mountain Time (MT) will be shipped the same day. 

  • Orders placed on weekdays after 3 pm Mountain Time (MT) will be shipped the next day.

  • Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped out on Monday.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional $9.99 shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. But we will help and provide you with local post office contact info.

Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. Orders placed for all shipping services before 3 PM MDT will ship out the same day  (excluding holidays and weekends.)

MASCULINE ELEGANCE is not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), MASCULINE ELEGANCE is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

1, Quality problems: If the products are not the same as our description or are broken in transit, please take clear photos within 7 days of receiving the product/s and send the photos to customer service. We will provide you with a refund or replacement after confirmation. 

2, Any other reasons: For any reasons that you don't like the products, please contact us within 15 days after you receive the orders. Please make sure the products are in original condition and undertake the shipping cost yourself. We will provide a refund or replacement after we receive the returned products. Please note that Final Sale Custom Engraving and Special Order items can’t be returned.

If any order items are damaged during transit, contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind.

Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

​

1. Any damage caused as a result of misusing the products 

2. Any damage or discolouring caused by harsh chemicals

We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged

​

Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return/exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.
 

Returns are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days

Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping; therefore, adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, MASCULINE ELEGANCE reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.

Note: If you use your own courier service, you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
